I think I'm hooked on this story. It's subtly hilarious. I think that your description is wonderful, I'm actually able to picture the scenes like movies in my head.

I think that you did a great job, giving an insight to the vampire world in the first chapter without really swallowing up the rest of the scenes. It's a bit different from other people's vampire worlds. It's either that they're savages or normal people.

I think what you've done is meshed the two together and it's a perfect setting for what you have planned. I hope to stay tuned to your later works.

This is practically genius!

By the way, you can post my comment, if it is helpful or praising in some way =A=.

I have to say, I agree with the other reviews. Great job! You have created a character that's very likable--this is a key ingredient to a great novel. :) I love the imagery that you used...and I like how you explain in more detail about the general vampire world. Just enough that it's not too much! Great job! Really entertaining! It grabs the reader and doesn't let us go--so great job!

So I've read the first two chapters, and I must say I was pleasantly surprised. Normally I would not read a story about a vampire school because I assumed them to be rather repetetive, but you've managed to put together a very nice story. The imagery is spectactular, and you capture emotions and thoughts very easily, and it is very believable. The main characters' ever-changing thoughts flow nicely and you portray individuals well (in other words, these characters are very well-developed). I was pleasantly surprised at the entire plot and personalities shown as they display a school and it's cliques nicely. Kudos, and I sincerely hope you keep writing. Your skills are already so amazing, and you have a lot of potential =] http://member.mibba.com/59872/

Absolutely LOVED this story! This is definately a far cry from Twilight. It's very unique and highly entrtaining. I started reading it late at night telling myself I'd read a little the finish it the next day-- did not happen. I could not stop reading-- and I don't usually so that unless the story captivates me! And t6his one did! Sharee Greene is definately a very good and talented story writer and shows allot of promise! Can't wait for the sequell. They should make a movie out of this!!!

Now I am not a vampire person, as I said, but I wanted to give your story a chance because I thought it seemed interesting.

Interesting it was! I really enjoyed the first two chapters! And I absolutely LOVE the fact that Oriole has a controversial appearance! My username (Futanari) means "hermaphrodite". I LOVE hermaphrodites! That made up for the vampire thing, in my eyes. I really enjoyed reading your story, and I can't wait for more chapters! I'm really glad that you asked me to read it! I have read vampire stories in the past (my former best friend was a vampire fanatic, the fact that I am a werewolf fanatic had very little to do with our breaking up), but this is by far the best I have ever read. I must say that it was a pleasure to read! ^^ Can't wait for more!

"The Vampire with the Pink Handbag is a very interesting and different type of vampire book. It keeps you on your toes with guessing what is going to happen next. There are many twists and turns. You think you know what is going to happen next, but do you really? Anyone who likes a good vampire book will love this. Don't forget to read the rest of the series!"  ~Meredith~

What an exquisite rough draft! Absolutely amazing and wonderfully entertaining! I love it so far! The details and descriptions of the characters and everything are fantastic! I can tell that you've done your research; you let the readers understand about the vampire's lifestyle and such! It's totally different from any other vampire book that I've ever read! Immensely intriguing and a fantastic chapter! I'm certainly going to keep reading! :D

This was both interesting, exciting, and well written. What I really liked about this chapter was that the imagery was very well done. I was able to see the characters in my head.

"The urge for human blood was stronger and more reckless for younger vampires, while older vampires had much more control. Vampires were subject to the rule of law like everybody else, and vampire prisons awaited those who committed crimes--mostly the young vampires who had lost their way or could not manage their urge to feed on humans. Younger vampires were often referred to as madness-pires, it was a vampire saying."

The part above, from your chapter, was very well described. You talk about vampires and how they are when they're younger and older.
I loved this story so far.
